Hints
for Beginners:
- Wear flexible clothes you feel comfortable moving
in.
- Clean feet and a sense of humor are encouraged.
- I recommend tying back long hair.
- I also advise waiting to eat until after class or,
if blood sugar is an issue, having something small
and easily digestible no later than one half hour
before class begins.
- If you really have trouble getting started, consider a private lesson.
Feel free to experiment with these guidelines and see
what works for you.
