Yoga Wolf Class Schedule

No Studio Classes this summer:
There are no weekly classes at the Yoga Wolf studio on Monroe Street.  (I'm moving the studio!)

If you wish to schedule a private lesson or a yoga party, please call or email.  We can meet either at your home or another location.
Yoga at Orange Shoe:
I will continue teaching my Tuesday/Thursday noon yoga-pilates class at Orange Shoe Gym all summer.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga at Body in Balance:
Starts 7/12 Saturdays, 9 am to 10:30,
Vinyassa flow incorporates breath, movement, and meditation.
All levels welcome.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga at Body in Balance:

$12/class or 5 class pass for $54.

Hints for Beginners:

  • Wear flexible clothes you feel comfortable moving in.
  • Clean feet and a sense of humor are encouraged.
  • I recommend tying back long hair.
  • I also advise waiting to eat until after class or, if blood sugar is an issue, having something small and easily digestible no later than one half hour before class begins.

Feel free to experiment with these guidelines and see what works for you.
